Anarcho-Capitalism

Anarcho-capitalism is a term coined by Murray N. Rothbard to describe a theoretical political ideology based on strict adherence to libertarian ethics. The term has also been borrowed by others, such as David D. Friedman, to describe similar ideologies that differ greatly from Rothbard. Therefore, Rothbard's specific ideology is often called Rothbardian Market Anarchism, to distinguish it from other ideologies competing for the title.

Rothbardian Market Anarchism is considered theoretical, in that it doesn't actually involve any comprehensive strategy to bring about a stateless society. Samuel Edward Konkin III coined the term agorism to describe an ideology that uses counter-economics to bring about statelessness thus incorporating the theoretical aspects conceptualized by Rothbard with his own strategy to bring them about.
